Terms of Service

This agreement explains what each of us is responsible for when you use BomGo Studio. Please read “Credits and billing” and “Your content and our content” closely — they directly affect your money and your material.

Scope of this agreement

This agreement is between you and Hangzhou Chengchi Culture Media Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) for your use of BomGo Studio (cgai.studio and its subdomains, “the Platform”). By registering an account, signing in, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read and agree to this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the Platform.

Accounts

You need an account to use features that require signing in (generation, checkout, favorites, playlists, cart, and so on). Please register with accurate and valid contact details, and keep your credentials safe. Everything done under your account is treated as done by you. Accounts are for your own use only. We may restrict or suspend accounts that are lent, rented, sold, or registered in bulk by automated means. If your account is compromised, contact us immediately. We will help, but we are not liable for losses that occur before you notify us.

The service

The Platform provides a range of AI audio generation and processing capabilities, currently including music generation, voice-over (including multi-character dubbing and translation), sound effects and foley, mixing and mastering, format conversion, and MCP access for connecting these capabilities to your own tools. We may add, change, or retire features. If you have paid for credits that you have not used, we will refund the unused portion as credits.

Credits and billing

The Platform bills in credits. You obtain credits by topping up, and each feature deducts credits according to the usage stated on that feature’s page. The billing basis for each generation task is the one shown on that feature’s page: some tasks charge per submitted request, while others charge for the output actually produced. If a task fails definitively and produces no output, no credits are charged; if credits were already taken, we will refund them. When a task times out or its result is unknown, we do not automatically resubmit it and we do not charge twice. Check the task status first, and only regenerate after confirming there is no output. Credits cannot be withdrawn or transferred. Please confirm which feature you need before topping up; we do not refund unused credits in cash.

Your content and our content

Rights in the material you upload, the descriptions you write, and the works you save remain with you or the original rights holder. We do not claim ownership by providing the service. You must have the lawful right to handle the material you upload — especially voices, likenesses, and other people’s works. You are responsible if you clone, dub, or cover material you are not authorized to use. To operate the service (transcoding, delivery, caching, troubleshooting), you authorize us to process your material to the extent necessary. This authorization is limited to providing the service itself. Rights in the Platform’s interface, code, trademarks, and our own catalog content belong to us or the relevant rights holders. They may not be copied, scraped, or redistributed without permission.

Characteristics of AI generation

AI output is non-deterministic. The same description may produce different results each time, and may resemble results generated by other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness or that output will match your expectations. Generated audio is not a substitute for legal, financial, or professional advice. Review it yourself before using it externally. We do not claim copyright in AI-generated content, but we do not promise that it will be eligible for copyright protection — that depends on the law where you are located. For example, the United States Copyright Office requires human authorship, so purely AI-generated output is generally not protected by copyright there.

Acceptable use

When using the Platform, you must not: generate, upload, or distribute content that violates law, infringes others’ rights, or harms minors; clone or imitate another person’s voice or likeness without their consent, or create audio or video intended to deceive or impersonate; generate or distribute any non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) of a real person, or use the Platform for that purpose; use automated programs to call the API at high frequency, or otherwise interfere with or bypass the Platform’s billing and quotas; reverse engineer, crack, or copy the Platform’s core service, or resell the Platform’s capabilities to third parties.

Enforcement

We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules; where a violation may be unlawful, we will report it to the relevant authorities as required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the service stable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for interruptions or data delays caused by your network or device, failures of third-party providers (models, storage, CDN, etc.), force majeure, or lawful system maintenance. We recommend keeping your own copy of important original material. The Platform is a production tool, not a sole storage service.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the fees you actually paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of goodwill, or claims arising from your breach of this agreement or infringement of others’ rights.

Changes and termination

We may update this agreement. For material changes we will post a notice on the Platform; continuing to use it after the notice means you accept the new version. You may stop using the Platform at any time and request account deletion. After deletion, account data is handled under the Privacy Policy. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

AI content policy

This Platform generates audio (music, voice, sound effects) from material you provide. To use it you must own or have permission for everything you upload, and you must have the consent of any real person whose voice, likeness or performance appears in it.

The following are prohibited and will lead to immediate suspension: non-consensual intimate imagery (including AI-generated or AI-altered intimate or sexual content of a real person without their consent), sexual content involving minors, impersonation of a real person without consent, fraud, harassment, and any use that violates applicable law.

We do not use Google APIs, Google user data, or Google sign-in for any of the prohibited uses above. Google user data is used only to create and sign you in, and to show your name and avatar.

We may review, refuse, remove or restrict generated content that appears to violate this policy, and we may report serious violations to the authorities.

Reporting a violation

If you believe content on the Platform violates this policy, contact us through the support channel and we will review it.
