Content & AI Rules
Last updated: October 29, 2026
What may not be generated or done on the Platform, and what happens if the rules are broken.
What this policy covers
BomGo Studio is an audio production tool. The tool itself is neutral, but what you make with it can travel beyond the platform. This policy explains what may not be generated on the Platform, which practices are prohibited, and what happens if the rules are broken.
It applies to the material you upload, the descriptions you write, and the output generated.
Never allowed
- Unlawful content: endangering national security, inciting ethnic hatred, promoting terrorism or extremism, distributing obscenity, or content involving drugs and gambling.
- Content that harms minors: sexual, violent, grooming, or exploitative content involving minors. There are no exceptions and no “artistic” exemption.
- Content that infringes others’ rights: stealing others’ works, forging identities, or misusing trademarks or brands.
- Falsehood and fraud: use for scams, forged evidence, impersonated statements, or audio/video intended to mislead the public.
Voice cloning and dubbing: authorization required
The Platform can extract a voice from an audio clip and reuse it — including dubbing a performance into another language. This is a powerful capability, and its boundaries must be clear:
- Clone only your own voice, or a voice for which you have explicit authorization.
- Authorization must be real: verbal consent, an employment relationship, or a record you can keep. If in doubt, do not do it.
- A public figure’s voice is not free to clone just because the source material is public. Take particular care with politicians, artists, and streamers.
- When using dubbing on someone else’s film or television material, first make sure you have the lawful right to handle that material.
- Using a generated voice in advertising, endorsement, or any context where people may believe the person actually spoke requires that person’s consent.
Use and labeling of generated content
- When publishing AI-generated audio externally, we recommend clearly labeling it “AI-generated” or “synthetic voice.” This is not a formality — letting listeners know what they are hearing is basic honesty.
- In news, documentary, education, judicial, and other contexts where authenticity matters, AI-generated audio must be prominently labeled and must not be used to mislead.
- Do not present generated content as a real recording, a real interview, or a record of real events.
Material you upload
- Before uploading, confirm that you have the right to use the material. The Platform does not verify copyright for you.
- Do not upload material containing others’ private information — ID documents, home addresses, unpublished contact details, medical records, and so on.
- Do not upload commercial material you have no right to distribute (unauthorized catalogs, original film and television, paid courses, etc.).
What the Platform will do
- If you break these rules, we may remove the content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate your account.
- Where a violation may be criminal, we will preserve evidence and report it to the relevant authorities as required by law.
- When others report your content, we will review it. The content may be temporarily taken down during the review.
If your rights are infringed
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights (including unauthorized cloning or use of your voice), contact us at [email protected] or through the Platform’s support channel and provide: where the content is, proof of your rights, and what you are asking for. We will act after verification.
